I downloaded the application and installed it just fine. When I restart the phone and put in the ID and serial # it starts to register and an error message comes up that says:

"Error 3: Please make sure internet is available on phone and retry again after restarting phone"


So when I close that out the phones home screen pops up like normal and i go to the browser and the internet is working just fine.

I have tried enabling wifi, connecting to pc via usb but get the same message.

How do I get the Droids internet connection enabled on restart before the home screen pops up? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
