I purchased Flexispy PRO-X and decided to use a Blackjack 2 that I had used for less than a week. I reset it to factory settings and downloaded the software. The phone rebooted and then went to the ATT screen and hung there for a few mins and then went dark and reset, and did this over and over.
Thinking I had been duped into a bad phone, I bought ANOTHER blackjack 2, brand new, and attempted the same thing, with the SAME results. It ruined both phones upon downloading the software.

Do you have any knowledge that could help me or am I just the first person to figure this out?
