Is there an application that allows regular tracking (say per hour) or can activate the target phone remotely (by SMS, call etc.) to give its location.

The aim being to keep costs down as well as detection via invoices or GPS alert being active when it is normally not on?

The target phone is a Samsung Galaxy S
