Hi Cle,
You should request an update. I'm almost 100% positive that this fixed in a recent release. I would email them and ask for a new download link.

Hi Cle,
The good news is that you can transfer the Flexispy program to a new phone. I know this probably sucks if you just bought one, but at least you are not stuck only with the N80.
