    Angry Mobistealth help urgently please

    Hi there, purchased Mobistealth PRO on 24SEP and still battling with surround record. I have emailed their support team countless times and I am losing my will to live (figuratively of course!) with them now. They do not answer all my questions and keep repeating themselves. Are there any mobistealth experts out there who could possible help, pretty please?

    Target phone is Android. My questions are:

    1. I go into Surround Recording, chose which one I want (5, 15 or 30 minute) and type in that specific box, for example "please buy bread" and then type my number in the number field (normal 078 and NOT +4478), then I click SAVE - Is this correct?

    2. It now says waiting for update from phone, click refresh in a few minutes - Is this supposed to happen?

    3. I presume I have to send that exact same text from my number (the source number) to the target phone for Mobistealth to recognise it, right?

    4. If so, when do I send this text? Do I only send it when Mobistealth advises that the phone has been updated when I refresh the page?

    5. Where does it tell me recording has begun and does recording start immediately?

    I know the above must seem a little ignorant for all those experts out there, but please - share some knowledge as I am getting no joy from MS!

    I have experienced some of the same issues with their technical support and am at my wits end. My main interest was to have the spy call option so once I sent the Spy Call SMS I just left it on and could call anytime I chose. I purchased a separate phone to send SMS out of concern that questions might arise over the same SMS text coming from my phone, however, in hindsight with I had not. The spy call did not work with the new phone so I changed back to my original phone. After that things went downhill.

    When I sent the Secret and Spy Call SMS from my phone it went into the target phones email folder and the response came back into my Text Folder as with an email address containing "my mobile number"@mms.att.com. The target phone and I can send and receive SMS Text to and from anyone else's phone. This has gone on for over a week and I have contacted support only to receive questions about information that I already submitted or to tell me they are referring my issue to the technical department.

    I have asked if there are some settings they can go into and reset and have received no response.

    I have asked for a way to fully uninstall MS from the target phone so I can try reinstalling only to have that never answered, as well. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can do that? Or, how to fix the situation.

    What I have learned in response to your issue is:
    1. Not sure what you mean. I am in US and type in my area code and the number, not the country code.
    2. Yes, you have to wait for an update. I have found it could take as long as a couple of hours, but it will come through. Therefore, plan ahead if you want to change the SMS text
    3. Yes, you have to send the same number from the source phone to the target phone to get surround recording to start.
    4. Send the sms text when you are ready for recording to begin
    5. Unfortunately, this is what I don't understand.

    Please, if anyone can help me with my issue let me know.
