    Post SpyBubble

Hello all, I am new here and posting to share my story and hopefully help others before they make the same mistake I did.
Over a month ago, I purchased SpyBubble. It sounded great, and definitely worth the money. I created my online account, downloaded the necessary software onto my phone, installed the software, etc, but it never worked. The first time I attempted to install the software, and then rebooted the phone, I received a message over an over again on the phone that said that the software caused a "dump" and the process was stopping. I removed the software from the phone and re-downloaded it, then re-installed it. No error messages and I thought it might actually work. When I log onto SpyBubble's website, under my account, I do not see any of the information (SMS, call log, etc). I have logged two "tickets" to SpyBubble's technical support, and neither has been answered.
I have been at the point where all I want is a refund, for quite some time now. Unfortunately, even those emails are not being answered.
*Lesson learned and I want to pass onto others .... DO NOT purchase SpyBubble! It does not work and is a SCAM!

    Nipper76,

(I posted this in the SpyBubble review section as well.. but wanted to post this here)

If they are not replying to your refund requests, you can request a refund directly with their payment processor called ClickBank.

Just pull up your receipt (which is from ClickBank.com), and scroll down to the area that says CUSTOMER SERVICE.. you'll see a link there where it says you can make a customer service inquiry.. once you click on this link, there will be an option where you can request a refund.. you have 60 days to do this.. its all automatic.. so Id recommend you do this versus trying to contact SpyBubble..

    Ujumbe,

You can request a refund directly from ClickBank, which is the payment processor for SpyBubble.. just look at the area on the receipt that says 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' and there will be a link.

In regards to the app not working, I can't tell you for sure if its good or not.. as I have just bought it myself a couple days ago.. and so I'm still testing it.. however, I do know that you must enter a correct IMEE number when you register the software, if you enter the wrong number, the software will not work.. not sure if this is the problem in your case.. but just wanted to throw it out there for ya.

    Rgds,

I've been looking at their (rather unimpressive) website/advert and wondering if it would be worth the risk of spending that much on their software.

Did you get any joy with it?

I'm still waiting for a reply re compatibility with a W595 from them.

Default Any success story for Spy Bubble????

I was considering purchasing the "Bubble", solely because the one time price was reasonable for a basic coverage and relatively easy install process, just acquiring the IMEI from the target. But now reading all the negative reviews here, I'm reconsidering it, though I might just try it. But anyone out there with success with the 'Bubble'?
Do you or anyone recommend other spyware that similar to the "Bubble"'s ? Cost wise (one time) and relatively easy install requirement?
    Thanx
