Mobistealth site always down or?

Here is the question. I just loaded Mobistealth on my wifes HTC Incredible and I am always having problems with it logging stuff. It seems like it works sometimes throughout the day and then it doesn't. I am getting real upset because when I need it the most (especially the GPS tracking) everything stops working. I know the phone is on for I will call her or text her during this time. I have contacted the support team and they continually tell me that it is working fine and that it is the internet connection and that it isn't their site. But when I email them it will start working again? I don't know if it is internet service, or if it is the fact that it is a new android with the 2.2 Froyo, or if it is that Mobistealth program just plain sucks. Please help me figure this out.
Also, is there a program that works with 2.2 Froyo that will record calls? She hasn't texted at all since I loaded this on the phone.

it happened lots of time and i think they have some problem with their server or they have too many users to handle...
