Mobistealth is not working

I installed mobistealth onto a Blackberry Curve 8530 after paying for the 6 month subscription. Install went smoothly as did setting BB Messenger and chat settings. However, NONE of the options are working. I made the purchase 2 days ago and the instructions changed on their web site in that timeframe, so I'm concerned that they may have a glitch. I have emailed support twice, but have gotten no response.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I also installed on a target Curve 8530 2 weeks ago, with only a few problems. Please elaborate on your problem. You have logged in to the website and not seen any updates under sms, phone calls, etc? Did you update the command instructions with secret sms's?
