Anyone else having problems getting Call Recording to work? I've been back and forth with their support for over 7 days now and the Settings Update Command doesnt work therefore wont record calls. I even tried the emergency SMS. Dont know what to do? Target phone is Verizon Eris Andoird 2.1 Their support takes 2 days to respond.
