Confused by Mobistealth - Secret SMS

Hey everyone. I'm so confused on how this works.

Can someone tell me how to use the 'Settings Update Command' - what kind of message do I have to put in the box to send to get this to work and do I put my phone number in the source phone box?

and to get the surround recording to work - what do i have to do?

The command is any string you want ("I like waffles" for example), then when you send this string to the phone via SMS it alerts mobistealth to perform an update of the settings.

same with recording, make up a phrase or something ("talk to me bitch!") and it will start recording.
For the field "Source Phone" Put your number in here, or whichever phone you will be sending the secret messages from, so that messages from that phone trigger these events.

One caveat appears to be that the recipient sees the message, at least the one I am using does but that phone also uses handcent for viewing messages.
