Are these cell phones safe from spyware

I sent a post a couple of hours ago, asking for advice on which cell phones AT&T carry that are not compatible with spyware. I've searched on Ebay and found the following phones that I think could be ..

Samsung SGH A767 Propel

blackjacks

motorola karma

Pantech DUO C810

Pantech Matrix C740

Samsung Impression SGH-A877

Again, any help with finding ones that are not spyware compatible is VERY much appreciated.
