How can I tell if spy phone cell spy or any other type is on my phone, or can I?

Hi Jim,

It's real tough because a lot of the software on the market goes to great lengths to make sure the software is not detectable. The best thing you can do is to monitor your GPRS / 3G usage and look for unusual traffic. If you really are not sure, you can bring your phone into the shop and reinstall the firmware, which will wipe everything off your phone and give you a fresh install.

Hi Jim? If it helps, my BF went through his installation log and found a few things that were put in recently that he didn't do... and they re-appeared after I had the phone again...Ooops! anyway, if the same thing shows up in the installation log on your phone and you didn't put it there, maybe try un-installing it and see if she is desperate to get your phone agaon. If she puts it back on again, you'll see it come back on in the log
