Hi Spy Guy, I read the posts, but didn't see the answer to my question. Maybe cause its too basic.

Does the phone I want to install spyware on have to have continuous internet access? Basically, I have a young teen daughter who was communicating with an adult male.

So now I monitor her phone use, texts & photos (by taking her phone and looking at them). She is restricted from internet use after inappropriate Facebooking. I get the phone numbers she's calling from my cell phone bill. I really want to look at the texts she receives and sends, and also the photos. If she deletes them, then I can't see them (altho I can tell later that she received something from the cell phone bill).

If most spyware requires internet access on her phone, is there something else I can do? thanks.
