CAn anyone help or advise please.

I was sent an email from Flexi saying to upgrade the FLEXI PRO version up to 1.06.

The instructions were to un-install original software (1.05 version) and re-install new version.

Did so, but at the point where you have to "Enter your FlexiKey nubmer", It WILL NOT let me!! The button to 'Activate' is SHADED OUT. I am so frustrated, as you can imagine, I only have a limited time with Taqrget phone and it is NOT installing!!

Can anyone help or advise. I have tried the installtion on MY phone (to see if Targets phone was playing up) but NO i get the same "shaded out" Activate/Deactivate buttons.

I have successfully installed the old version (no trouble, piece of cake) but NOW am faced with NO installation at all!!

Can anhyone please help?
