Exclamation How to detect AND remove spyware in Samsung saga

I have a samsung saga windows mobile 6.1 and I am pretty sure that someone has installed spyware on it.

I have several wireless connections listed in it that I didn't put there, did get 2 different spam sms messages and then several blank txt mssgs from one of the people i believe is involved. Also under the contact notes section of the person I received the text mssgs from there is something that says "Pathfinder JGD 6471" which I def didn't put there.

When I call out on my phone it has a high pitched short ring and then a longer regular ring but not on every call.

I could swear when I send a text message to a particular address or ph I see for a split second another screen pop up and then the person i'm texting isn't getting my txts right away- they're always delayed but I watch him get emails and txts from others on his Motorola Q within seconds of being sent.
Both myself and the person i'm texting/calling have Verizon and both phones are windows mobile.

These people have hacked into my personal computers at home, my Samsung Saga and now into the stupid pre-paid phone I bought to use while i figure out what to do.
I don't want to lose all the information I have on my phone by doing a hard reset. I'd like to find some definite proof of who did this so I can go to the police.
They don't own my phone or my computers.

Any ideas or suggestions you have I would REALLY appreciate. My friends and family think I'm crazy that someone would or could do this but I'm pretty sure....

    Thanks,

    Hi,

It seems from what you wrote that the you might have something on your phone that you definitely want to get rid of.

The EASIEST way is to take your phone to the place of purchase and tell them you want to wipe the phone and do a clean install of the OS due to a fear of cell phone spyware.

You might also want to check out this:

Mobile Security - Kaspersky Antivirus Software with Antispyware for Mobile Phone Security United States

    It's a pretty solid.

    Hope this helps.
