I'm convinced that my BB is being tracked by someone, my bills are showing multiple data uploads, Ive run the Kisses software with no luck.

My suspicions were aroused when saw the other persons bill, it had multiple txt messages being sent around the times of my data uploads, the number that was being txted was also being used for normal voice calls of some length, is this some form of tracking/spying ?

Excuse my ignorance of tech but would removing the sim card and installing it in another phone help, or is it a case of having my BB operating system reinstalled as I wondered whether the secret software was installed on the phone itsself or on the sim card.

Heres hoping you can enlighten this thicko.
