A couple of weeks ago, I purchased Mobistealth Pro ($79.99) then proceeded to install it on a Blackberry Bold 9000. The installation went well (even though not exactly the way the installation manual describes).

I managed to register the phone (Rogers in Canada) with the account. After about 5-10 mins, I logged on to my account and saw the phone registered ok. I saw the call log, contact list, but not the SMS log.

However, that's all I was able to see. No new call was logged, no new SMS. I submitted a support email. They suggested a re-installation and re-registration. I did but nothing new happened.

After a couple of days, the target phone was moved and a new SIM card inserted (T-Mobile in the US). I emailed tech support to request the change of phone. They did an account reset. I reinstalled the software and re-registered as suggested. The same symptoms. I got only the call log (everything from the phone up to the time the phone was registered with the account) and the contact list. No SMS. I tried to setup the SMS text for spy settings. Never got that worked either.

After a couple of trials. Nothing seemed to work. They refunded my money as I no longer have access to the target phone to try other tricks.

I checked the OS version of the phone and it shows v4.5. However, in the StealthClub>Dashboard, it shows V4.0. Is this a problem?? In the Installation Guide, mm.jad must be downloaded for OS less than V4.5 and mmv2 for V4.5 and higher.

I am very disappointed as I lost the opportunity to monitor the phone activities at the most critical time.

Have anyone got any experience with or heard of this type of problem or this product. Reviews give this product thumb-up. Tech support seemed responsive but they all they asked me to do was reinstall but nothing worked.
