I bought Mobile-Spy to install on a target blackberry tour. I installed it on my blackberry curve first, and the best I could do was get it to log calls but not gps or texts. The program prompted me to verify the internet connection, which I tried to do but it said I had no connection, which is strange because the blackberry does. I then uninstalled it and today tried to install on the target phone. It now is not working at all and the blackberry tour also says it can't verify the internet connection. I have tried to get customer service from the folks at mobile-spy but I have not received a response. Any idea what is going on?

Seems like there might have been a step or two that was missed during installation. However, I'm surprised you are having problems getting support. Not sure if you tried to email them, or raised a support ticket. If you've not tried the support ticket route, then click on this link:

I have tried the tech support, but I have not received a response. Funny thing is that for a brief period of time this weekend, mobile-spy seemed to be working. I got 190 log events (though no gps events), but it has now stopped uploading anything. I will let you know if this gets worked out.
