Sniper Spy does work. I've tested both Sniper Spy, WebWatcherNow, and all the products sold by SpectorSoft, and I still rate Sniper Spy as the best. Feature by feature, nothing compares.
If you didnt receive their download (which you should have received an instant email with download instructions), then I would check my junk mail, and use the support URL I gave you.
To say that Sniper Spy doesnt work because you did not get your download link is not a valid argument. There are a million reasons why you might have not gotten it, so contact them and they will send you out a new one, or you can use that URL I gave you (
