Perhaps your target's phone lost the data connection. If they went in a building that perhaps shielded their GPRS/Edge service, then the logs wont upload. However, if you STILL have not seen any logs, then there is definitely an issue.
Can you update me on the status? Are the logs still not being sent to your account?
